Poinsettia Heights is a neighborhood located on the north side of Fort Lauderdale between Victoria Park and Wilton Manors. Consisting of mostly single-family homes and a smattering of multi-family properties & townhouses, stricter zoning guidelines, along with its close proximity to Downtown and the beach, make it very appealing.
